Contact us with your general request. Are you looking for toppers (for cake, cookies, or cupcakes) or ready-to-serve YouCake cookies.
1. We will follow up with the following questions:
-cake size, home made or store bought. If store bought, we like to contact the bakery directly to make sure that the dimensions are correct and if they bakery will apply directly for you if they prefer you do this yourself. The size is very important–and every bakery is just different enough that we like to confirm.
-if cookies, we will ask if you want 2 x 3 inch, 3 x 4 inch, 3 inch round or 2 inch round cookie
-for cookies or cake, we will request preferred color, theme ideas, image(s), logo(s), and inscription to use on the topper design. For QR code, we will need a url address.
-images: we will request that you send the highest resolution image possible, no matter the size of the topper request. We accept .jpg images, but we prefer original digital artwork as eps, photoshop, or pdf files.
2. Based on the above, we will send you a preview and final pricing.
3. When you place your order, please consider the date of your event and the time required to review topper previews and to ship. We need minimum five days advance notice for any cookie order.
4. Cookies and toppers come individually sealed.
5. Cookies stay fresh 6-7 weeks. Toppers keep in sealed bags 3 weeks. Neither require refrigeration.
