Who can I contact if I have a shipping question on a particular order? You may email contact@youcake.com or call (212) 358-7791 for our customer service department Monday-Friday from 10:00am – 7:00pm ; Saturday from 11:00am -3:00pm. Please provide the order confirmation number in your query.
Once you have approved your topper, we process in 1-2 days or based on selected event date. For cookie orders we require at least 5-10 days to process depending on the size of the order, plus shipping.
We offer a variety of shipping options from USPS mail, USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground and Express services upon check out. Each shipper offers their estimated shipping time based on your shipping address to help you choose the best method to reach you. .
